People do not work at their most efficient if they are too hot or the air is too humid. This is the reason that most companies install air conditioning units, at least in their offices. It is not a wise decision to buy an off the shelf unit, especially if you have concerns over dry air. You may also be purchasing a less efficient model, or one with too high or low a cooling capacity for your needs. Always consult a specialist engineering company, who will specify, design and install the correct air conditioning system for your needs.
